What Are We Talking About Plastic Earth is a documentary released in 2023, lasting 100 minutes, currently only available in English. It is hosted by Rob Riggle, whose name didn’t mean much to me before I saw his face – only then did I make the connection. The theme is, of course, plastic. Book Review: “Zero Plastica”

Recensione "Zero plastica"

Today, we bring you the review of “Zero Plastica” by A. Vico and L. Vaccarino, a book for children aged 7 and up on the topic of waste separation and plastic. What are Vanessa, Fil, and Lila doing with a net near a river? Well, amidst a challenge and a lesson from Professor Malinverni, the three have decided to do something about the waste that has accumulated along the river, causing degradation and a serious environmental problem. Will the enterprising kids be able to involve other citizens and spur them into action to solve the situation? The reading is enjoyable and without boredom, and it can be tackled even by novice readers without too much difficulty, thanks to adequately large print and a plot and language that are simple enough. If anything, older readers may raise an eyebrow at finding foreign terms and the everyday language of youth, with followers, LIM, and influencers. No matter, the book is particularly suitable for joint reading moments, parents and children or… Read More »Book Review: “Zero Plastica”
